While I was admiring the RIva Promenade, I came across an artist demo/kid hands-on workshop for painting Easter Eggs. We are not talking about the standard eggs you buy by the dozen and then dye using various kits, tips and tricks for Easter. I’m talking about massive eggs that are hand-painted works of art that I have seen sprinkled in parks and the play area of Mall of Split.

Each artist fielded questions from the kids as they finished up their masterpieces, which were carefully wrapped and given back to take home.

Kids received smaller eggs, maybe 12 inches in height, to paint on their own. For online safety reasons, I didn’t capture the young artists at work.
Later at the mall, I got a chance to see both Picasso and Klimt-inspired eggs near the play area.

Huge eggs but beautiful!
